PHOTOGRAPHIC SESSION

 & FEE INFORMATION

A ONE-HOUR photo session (usually more than enough time) fee is $75. and every half hour over that time the charge is an additional $50 payable at the end of the session.  I offer customers a unique option for fast-quality portrait and family pictures where the customer manages their own printing of their photo session pictures by ejecting and providing them with the camera's Flash-SD Memory Storage card.  Each photographic session provides the customer with 50 or more high-quality digital (16-20Megapixel) photographs taken at a customer's desired location within local area parks or at a customer's home, using my posing suggestions and professional equipment.  At the end of the photo session, a backup copy of the Flash-SD Memory card will be made and kept for one year from the date of the original session, where those photographs are then erased (destroyed).  The Flash-SD card will be ejected from the camera, the gray protection side switch slid up to protect the Flash-SD card from being overwritten and given to the customer.  The customer may then take their Flash-SD card to their favorite photo processing business: Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Target, etc., etc., to select the size and quantity of pictures they wish to print as enlargement prints, canvas, calendars, coffee mugs, etc. - Fast and Affordable Professional Photography.  I prefer giving the customer their Flash-SD card of pictures so they can at their leisure print additional pictures of that session without having to return to the photographer to acquire and pay extra for such prints (saves you $).  Lastly, we suggest when getting home to make a backup copy of your Flash-SD Card session of pictures to a directory located on your personal computer.  Payment is due at the end of the photo session in cash, check, or money order (We DO NOT accept credit cards for payment) and payable to PoseSmileSnap.

NOTE: Regarding pictures found on the SD Card where some may have irregularities such as but not limited to; someone's eyes being closed, someone suddenly looking another direction or a sudden gust of wind flipping up someone's hair or clothing that could ruin a picture, etc., NOT TO WORRY, there will be multiple pictures taken of the same pose and location to select from without any irregularities.

A FEW PHOTO SESSION PREPARATION TIPS

(6 general tips to ensure better pictures)

1. Select your appropriate attire associated with the event of everyone being either formal (suit & tie), business-casual (slacks & shirts) or relaxed summer casual: jeans, shorts, t-shirts, summer shoes, etc.
2. Try to select and wear solid color clothes but not those with pinstripe lines as they can often cause distractions and/or distortions.
3. Try to prepare for the photo session in advance as rushing often leads to forgetting things.
4. If a family pet will be included in pictures that's great, but we respectfully ask that you please keep your pet restrained (on a leash) at all times as city parks enforce pet restraint ordinances and to eliminate the pet running off to chase squirrels ha ha ha. Also, we suggest bringing along some treats/animal toys, etc. to the photo session as this often helps settle a pet down enough to take great photos.
5. Please try to be on time for the session or no earlier or later than 15 minutes of the session appointment time.

6. Photo sessions are suppose to be a fun event to capture great smiles and poses of moments in time that will be cherished - so relax, come with a good attitude and have fun!

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations occur normally at times for various reasons and this is understandable.  However, we ask customers to please contact us as soon as possible and well in advance of the photo session date & time to cancel or reschedule, and we will do the same with the customer should inclement weather cause rescheduling.
